With a total of 139 votes, Massed Flies has been eliminated. 

Not a terribly surprising outcome for the first poll. Massed Flies is widely considered to not only be the worst Series 1 effect, but the worst effect in the game. While I'm personally inclined to agree, I don't think its a completely unsalvageable effect. It works well with most of the garbage hats (Trash Mann/Plunger/Boot) and the Hiveminder. People who prefer more subtle effects may like it as well, though most of these guys end up going with either Nuts n Bolts or Orbiting Planets instead. Definitely not an effect I'd use, but I can appreciate the niche it has.
