About 5 years ago, I made a raffle series where the scrap.tf community ranked every unusual effect in the game, 1 by 1 elimination style. It was pretty neat for its time, it ended up starting a trend of just about everyone and their dog doing some sort of similar "ranking" series for the next couple of years. That said, the amount of unusual effects has more than doubled in the past half decade, so the original ranking doesn't really hold up. Not to mention that 16 year old Hatebi didn't exactly utilize the most flawless methodology possible. 

This time around, I'll be dividing the effects up into brackets based on their respective series. The winner of each bracket will be placed into one final bracket once all the others have been completed. I'll be posting the results of each raffle in a spreadsheet to help keep things organized. Aside from that, it'll be mostly the same as always. Vote for the effect you like the least out of the available options in the poll. Whichever effect gets the most effects will be removed.
