How greed saved me from obesity

Kinda of a melodramatic title, but it's technically the truth.
The "number raffles" I've been doing since February were not part of a puzzle, nor were intended to be "decoded".

The numbers were just my weight in kg.
My objective was to go from Class I Obesity to Overweight, using the BMI index.
If I didn't manage to lose weight between one day and the next one, I would raffle away a hat, and the raffle would have had the emote.
Otherwise, I would only raffle a Noisemaker and use as the raffle message.

Since I wasn't motivated enough, I decided to raffle more hats if I failed my daily objective.
That still wasn't enough, so I introduced a second row of number raffles.
The first set of numbers was the total number of exercises I'd do daily (went from 10 repetitions of 5 exercises to 65 repetition of 6).
The second set of numbers was the number of steps I'd take during my daily walk.
My objective was to increase the repetition to each type of exercise by one every day and to take at least 6500 daily steps (corresponding to a 1 hour long walk).
The same raffle penalties would apply if either one of the new daily objective was failed.
To keep me more motivated, I changed the punishment prize to one key.

I decided to step up the greed game with this ultimate challenge 24 days ago. Of course I set an achievable objective. But a single day mess up could have costed me my unusual and a key.

I eat when I'm stressed. And last year was a particularly stressing one for me. I've always been ok with my body, but health is health, so I decided to do this, inspired by this Nellien series.

The value of what you see down there is 3 pizzas, 1.5 liters of coke, 3 french fries servings.
That's how much I would eat daily during my stress days, up to 4 days a week.
Amazing how I was afraid to raffle 1 ref on scrap.tf, but I was ok spending so much money on food.

This is just the first phase of my journey. I'll make more "number series" to exploit my greedness and get shit done. Next objective is of course getting out of the overweight class.
