Many believed that Saxton Hale was finding the mysterious Yeti for 2 days, however, little people know that he secretly did this mission in just 2 hours.

When Mr. Hale came back to his office, he noticed something odd. His hat was missing.

That's when Spy, that was disguised as a Heavy with the Yeti set, enters the story. When he was invisible, he decided to get Hale's hat (somehow) without being slammed into a wall.
