The Neon Annihilator has been eliminated. It lost with 36 votes against it. 

On paper it might seem like a near direct upgrade to the Homewrecker, but it's important to note that the Neon Annihilator destroys sappers in 2 hits, while the Homewrecker destroys them in one. Also, The gimmick of criting wet players isn't very useful. I looked up the list of maps with water on the wiki, and it was surprisingly long. Though after closer inspection, I saw that the list contains maps that have inaccessible bodies of water, as well as maps with tiny puddles and water that kills you. Out of the entire list, maybe 4 or 5 of them are suitable for pyrosharks. Even on the few maps with decent water bodies, you're stuck in one small area of the map with only your neon sign and maybe a shotgun. You might as well just go Engi and put a level 3 in the water. To compensate for all this, the Neon Annihilator does a whopping 3 more damage than the Homewrecker.
