With a total of 55 votes, Stormy 13th Hour has been eliminated.

This one's a bit weird. It's actually closer to Stormy Storm than it is to It's A Secret To Everybody. It's got the same skull with red eyes (not sure why they felt the need to use it in 3 different effects), but the cloud and rain particles are basically the same as Stormy Storm. The cloud is a deep purple rather than black, which I think looks fantastic. I'd personally use this effect if it didn't have that ugly skull flickering in and out of it.
