Daily Topic #237

I forgot to mention in the previous topic raffle, TheSteelMushroom has won the additional refined metal prize back in Daily Topic #235, making a total of 7 people who have won the extra refined metal prize in this series. And since they commented in a raffle long before Daily Topic #57, they not only get one additional refined metal, but 2 in total.

Since the rules and conditions for the refined metal prize are always the same as usual, I will no longer be posting them in every raffle. However, they can still be found in
Daily Topic #57 at any time.

Today's topic question is: Would you rather have $2,000 or never have to pay for cheese again?

(You cannot sell or give away the cheese to others in any way as it would be for your own personal consumption only).

For me, I would definitely choose to never have to pay for cheese again. As someone who eats cheese almost every single day, never having to pay for cheese again would be highly beneficial to me. In fact, I'd probably be spending more than $2,000 on cheese in my entire life, even without the choice. By never having to pay for cheese again, I'd be able to try out the most expensive kinds of cheese there are. In fact, did you know that the most expensive cheese in the world, Pule cheese, costs US$600 per kilogram? One of the reasons it is so expensive is because it is produced by only one farm in the world in Serbia. The process also takes months as it requires over 26 litres of balkan donkey milk.

In order for me to recieve the full potential of the choice and to make money from it without selling any of the cheese, I would eventually move to Italy, where I would become a chef who specializes in creating and cooking many dishes and foods, especially those that utilize cheese such as pizza, lasagna, spaghetti, pasta and cheesecake.
Of course, I wouldn't be able to serve any of it to other people, so I'd make my money from sharing my new recipes that I come up with through cookbooks and probably a cooking show too, trying many varieties of cheese and creating great combinations from them and perhaps even gain some fame over time as well.
