Tough Break Cosmetic Case

Diplomat is a fine cosmetic for the Soldier. It has synergy with now an all-class Patriot Peak. There are so many soldier jackets and uniforms nowadays, and I don't think Diplomat is the worst, but I don't think it is in the top either. Still very nice cosmetic. I like that in this crate, the tiers don't matter on values so much, as most of the blues are very solid items. Actually, most Blues are worth more than most higher tier stuff, only Gift Bringer is more valuable than good Blues in this case. 

The Soldier would be totally a great diplomat, maybe even the best!
