ahh yes... the classic solid color background that was the default for the most Windows 95 installs. even down to the color itself, being #008080. {although this is one of many backgrounds where you can change it's color ingame, but for the sake of consistency, i'll keep the default color.}
even if it's just a solid color background, the nostalgia factor is very palpable with this one. since it's the very first background you'll see in the game, it goes into the C Tier as the "baseline" wallpaper.
