So I just quit smoking.. Day 62 -Ups, downs, past and future.

Cravings can return; with power. After two months of not smoking I wouldn't have thought that it can get that hard again. About two weeks ago I had definetly bigger struggles than two days ago. I cant exactly tell what triggered it but I can say that I didn't feel that good in general at this time. Work was like hell and I didnt have much freetime and sleep. Whenever there is something that really stresses me or attacks my resilience the need to smoke feels bigger and so do the cravings. Unfortunately this hasn't changed since I quit and maybe it wont ever. But all in all I'm doing very well again. The harder the period of time is the more rewarding is the phase when it's over and you've done everything right .
It get's interesting when any sort of booze is involved. Only a single drop of alcohol is enough to lower my self-control regarding cigarettes enormous. I talked about that earlier and it's still as same as hard. I guess I have to deal with that.

In one of my recent raffles I created a poll where I gathered information on how many of you smoke/don't smoke/quit.
The yes/no ration was kinda what I have expected (68:564) but what suprised me is that 141 of you already quit which is more than twice as much as the current amount of smokers. Awesome!
Thank you very much for all your support and kind comments!
