If you are someone who is actively trading, trying to trade to trade, or is planning to, please read this message. Let my Screw-ups teach you something.

So, I've been trying to sell an Unusual taunt for the past week or so. Where I got it is not important. What is important is that earlier, I got scammed and lost it. What happened is, a steam user friended me and offered to buy the taunt at the price I had listed it at on BP.tf. He said that there are sometimes glitches in the trade and that items can disappear during trades. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Anyhow, He suggested that we use a service meant as a trading Middleman. These services can sometimes be trustworthy, but often aren't. This particular 'Moderator' wasn't. Between the two of them, they stole a 30 key Unusual, as well as several valuable cosmetics. 

I hope this serves as a warning for any of you. Don't trust Middlemen, and verify anyone who wishes to trade using independent services such as steamrep.com.

P.S. I'm not asking for pity or sympathy, because I can already see people commenting to that effect. I just want to help people.
