The first encounter with Robotnik! 

As the very first boss of the game its fairly easy, somewhat like a faster version of Emerald Hill's boss except faster and it one direction. Also all of Robotnik's boss machines have the style of Super FX race as with the eyes near the cockpit.

As the for the music its doesn't feel right for a boss theme but as a track to show Sonic running across the fields with Robotnik behind him as he runs towards the next zone!
