Slowly Ranking the Unusual Effects Redux #75 | Scream Fortress X Bracket

With a total of 64 votes, Starstorm Slumber has been eliminated. 
Starstorm Insomnia wins the Scream Fortress VIII bracket and will be moving on to the Champion's Bracket. 

Slumber is one of the more recent effects I own. Valve actually doubled the rate of unusual unboxes for this series, so there are a lot more of them than some of the other halloween effect series. As a result of that, you can get a Wing Mann with this effect for like, 14 keys. Definitely worth it imo, both of the Starstrom effects are gorgeous. 

We've still got a lot of scream fortress series left to go. X is up next. This one is a mixed bag. Some are bangers, some are mid.
