Draco's bi-weekly cosmetic sets #1 - Scout

Well ladies and gentlemen, I have finally decided to create a raffle series. This is a raffle series where I will be raffling away a full cosmetic set for one class on a bi-weekly basis. I will try to have the raffles fall on every Saturday and Wednesday around 3pm EDT if I'm on time. These sets are ones I personally love and use or that I think simply look great. They will vary in value of course, but I will not take the price into consideration when getting these cosmetics. Some of these will be relatively cheap while others might go upwards of a key or two in value. Anyways, enough explaining, here's the first of this series.

Today's cosmetic set is for the Scout, one of my personal favourite classes. This set is exactly what you'd expect a social science major to look like.
