That's the best way I can describe the language used commonly on witty Twitter accounts. Like the person coined, "Slaps sonic rings outta them" is like the Shakespeare of today. Or like saying someone has hot dog water vibes is something the whole three generations are going to feel. 

If I were to make one up on the spot it would be orthodontist sink. So there's this sink where you go brush your teeth before the checkup.
