OK, this doesn't seem like that much at the first look but basically what this is, is the pre-raffle if one might say so, i will raffle this away and the winner needs to add me, or well i am trying to find out the winner, and then i will be giving the unusual! i want to make it a bit more personal that way, oh and another requirement will be i will be giving it to the winner when there is a peak player count on one of the THG servers
