A few kit fabs, cleaning up my inventory
My 5th raffle after quite a long hiatus.
Have had a recent intense focus on school since I'm going into year 12 (VCE) next year. Online school is quite intense and makes one very weary.
If you're reading this, make sure to take care of your body and mind, I know it can be difficult for some of us so here are a few tips:
-A decent 10-15 minute walk every day can be refreshing for the mind and body, taking in nature and getting one's mind off prior and present stresses, also try listening to music (if safe) while doing so. I have recently been listening to "Wish You Were Here" by Pink Floyd and it makes for fantastic walking music.
-Get in contact with friends and family, even over the internet, and just chat. If you're in a situation like mine where physical social contact is a no-no, at the very least having some people to talk to online is great.
-Last and foremost, if you have a pressing piece of homework that is due soon and its giving you the mental heebie jeebies, do not stress out or have anxiety, I am sure many teachers are willing to hand out concessions due to the current workplace and motivation environment that covid lockdown is breeding and are more than willing to give you extra time. Also, working under stress and panic is not good, I have tried and you end up going in circles and driving yourself up the wall.
Well, there's something. Just wanted to vent (not amogus damnit) about current feelings and thoughts, I hope that helps someone.
