The REAL scrap.tf bot scammed me.

I bought multiple CRAFTABLE white paints from the bot and instead I got the uncraftable version scamming me out of 20 ref per. When I bought them the bot said it was craftable but when I got them they weren't I would like a refund for my lost items.
