Sleep Schedule

Basically I have a messed up sleep schedule. I stay awake from midnight to 6am and sleep until 2pm(its the holidays for me now). How do I fix this issue? I stay up playing games.

If you're constantly staring at a screen and concentrating its harder to sleep. Give yourself like at least half an hour doing anything other than starin at ur computer and things should be a bit better. Hope things get fixed up soon, shitty sleep is awful, i feel for u man.

You need to stay once for a longer time (until about 5pm) and then try to sleep till next morning

All you have to do, after you stay until 6, DONT sleep until the next night. you'll be sleepy all day but if you do it, your whole schedule will be fixed in one day. It works for me :D

You don't fix it, you lean into it. I drive for Uber from Midnight to 6am a lot (because those are the hours I can't park on my street mostly). There are ways to live at night.

If you don't feel that you need to rest at night, but you need to sleep at day, well, you should fix your life around it, but if you feel like dying because you can't sleep at night, probably you should see a doctor

I did the same thing 9 years ago and i haven't fixed it yet so your stuck with it but its cool, nocturnal life is best life
