The Jungle Inferno update made the YER a whole lot more usable. Prior to that update, you weren't able to use the disguise kit at all. Getting that first disguise was often too difficult to warrant using the weapon. Now that you can sacrifice a full cloak meter for a disguise, it's a lot more fun to use. Still, it's only really good for chain stabs, making it a bit too situational to compete with the other knives.
