Regal was eliminated from the poll

When Regal Bryant is first introduced, he attacks the party in attempts to capture Colette. He falters when he sees Presea, however, and wants to talk with her. After beating him as a boss, he is told that he can talk with Presea if he joins the party and doesn't try to capture Colette. He agrees to this, and becomes a playable character. His story is eventually revealed: he was in love with Presea's sister, Alicia, but was forced to kill her when she was turned into a monster by experiments. He turned himself in and was imprisoned, and though he can easily remove his handcuffs, he keeps them on to maintain an oath he made to never kill another person with his hands (he fights by kicking instead). The pope promised Regal that if he captured Colette, he would imprison a corrupt broker who had blackmailed and insulted Regal. His theme is slow and sad, and has a brass as the main instrument.
