With a total of 122 votes, Knifestorm has been eliminated. 
Harvest Moon wins the Spectral Halloween bracket and will be moving on to the Champion's Bracket.

Knifestorm is built different. If you just look at a picture of it or from a distance, it's actually really cool looking. It's only when you see it up close do you realize the knives falling out of it look terrible. Unlike some of the other effects that suffer from this problem, I can at least partially look past it for knifestorm. Despite the titular knives looking strangely out of place for a custom made asset, the concept of the effect is very unqiue. It's one of the only full-body effects in the game. Even though it's a bit off looking, there aren't any true replacements for it. 

Harvest Moon is a clone of Cloudy Moon. Its cloud is considerably larger and more dense than Cloudy's. From what I've seen, people are generally pretty split between the two. This will be the only example of two clone effects making it into the Champion's Bracket, so it'll be interesting to see which one wins in the end. 

Next up is Scream Fortress V. This is where the Halloween effect series just start being named after the number of the update, so they're basically impossible to remember by name. This series was also the first to introduce effects with 3 variants, which will have disastrous consequences for this series way down the line. We won't need to worry about that for a while though.
