With a total of 47 votes, Green Confetti has been eliminated. 

The confetti effects are sort of like massed flies, so it makes sense that one of them would get the boot right after it. Green confetti, despite having probably the largest effect radius out of any cosmetic effect, isn't all that noticeable. Since it consists of a large amount of tiny, scattered particles instead of one big concentrated zone of them, it's entirely possible to not even see it from a distance. It's especially bad on maps with green, muted colour pallets.
