What is your sleep schedule like? How many hours do you sleep for? I like to wake up early when everyone is asleep. I tend to sleep for 6-7 hours. Sleep is not for the weak. It can cause trouble for you if you stay up all day and don't sleep. Though if needed, I will stay up for whatever reasons.
