April 17th, 1983: Hello. Today, I present the previously-unreviewed case file No.4. This was a nice and easy one, just a man who needed money, but he had none. He fought the law, and the law won. I'm surprised we didn't close this case earlier. He should have gotten financial help, but he robbed instead. Shame.
