He's the guy on a Payload Race or CTF map with a Rocket Jumper, Market Gardner, and secondary of choice jumping around and hitting people with his shovel. When you go Trolldier, you're turning a generalist class into a pick class, meaning instead a multitude of things such as doing the objective, flanking, etc, you're killing enemy players with one hit with a certain method and being safe afterwards, depending on said method, while not having the tools to efficiently cap points, push carts, etc. If you want to start Trolldiering, I recommend you watch Soundsmith's How to Trolldier series, it's full of good information of well, how to Trolldier.
