I won a raffle on tf2.com, but I have no idea how to claim my winning. I tried to send a trade offer, but it says that other player can't trade items(why?). And I don't know how to message this raffler other than write something in the raffle comments, because I can write messages only to my friends, and I can't add nobody as well.
