I built a new computer this week and while building it I literally dropped the motherboard with everything but the power supply and graphics card connected, and somehow everything seemed fine lmao (I guess the cpu cooler probably took most of the force when it hit the floor since I think the only "damage" I could see was that the fan had gotten unclipped from the heatsink but idk maybe this thing will explode while I'm asleep tomorrow)
