This is what their profile description said: 
"Reasons to trust me as a Trader:
- I'm known by several big traders.
- I have a pretty high level Steam profile [Because lv.18 is "high"...]
- I have proof that I can buy the items I offer.
- I've got an account that looks decent. [Has a Pyro profile background. -_-]
Their backpack was private, yet they sent me a link to "their" backpack.tf page. It showed them w/ a VERY HIGH backpack.tf RANK, being a rank between #1 and #25 [Can't disclose actual rank # because of Scrap.tf's witch hunt rules.] 
ALWAYS BE CAUTIOUS OF ANY OFFERS OR TRADES YOU'RE OFFERED. ALWAYS.
