This one is pretty good. The baseline of a 4/4 for 4 is good enough that the rest of the text doesn't really matter for this to be playable in limited. The rest of the textbox is perfectly functional though. The adapt ability is a bit costly but it's mostly there so you have a built in way to trigger the second ability. Ideally you're playing this in a deck that can spread counters around with impunity and you can just keep opponents creatures tapped down. Definitely a card that was designed for limited, but it does a good job there.
