I kinda forgot about raffles since I was playing metal gear solid 5 all weekend but
im here now and a second raffle is coming later today to make up for it.

backstory: this dog can’t even remember his own rank let alone anything else. He seem to think his favourite weapon is the equilizer but he’s not sure. This dog has to constantly hope people don’t notice or don’t care about his forgetfulness.
