People often accuse me of cheating. Now, I'm not particularly good, but it seems I have lags. At least, that's what people claim. To me it feels like, at most, it makes me miss. I do sometimes get a point-blank shotgun shot dealing only 8 damage or stuff like that. My melee weapons rarely actually connect even when they should. Not to mention dying to spies I'm looking directly at.
But lagging? I don't know. I don't feel the game is lagging to me (meaning I don't get weird lag spikes often) and my ping in this game is 'merely' ~54 on average. This might be high for some, but where I live this is one of the lowest averages I get to play with. Usually, I need to deal with 80+. And yet, I hear "lag-switch" and "intentional lags" way too often. I even get kicked sometimes.
Needless to say, I'm not cheating.
Did anyone ever experience a similar problem, and if so, does anyone know how one might fix it?
